Telesm is a screen + mirror + light concept, inspired by middle eastern lattice-work. Six layers of laser cut plexiglass are adjoined with LEDs embedded in between to create a mystifying effect between illuminance, reflection, translucency, and moire patterning. Passersby can simultaneously see themselves, others through the screen, and rays of light refracting through the clear layers.
